Growing up in the building industry, company president Bill Bailey learned the trade from the ground up. He worked as a framing carpenter throughout his teenage years and college, gaining practical knowledge and an appreciation for doing things the right way. In 1979, Bill served as the general contractor on his first residential development, marking the beginning of a lifelong career in homebuilding.

Since then, he has been involved in nearly every aspect of residential development and construction, bringing decades of experience, integrity, and craftsmanship to every home W. J. Bailey Homes builds.

With more than four decades of experience in the building industry, Bill Bailey brings extensive knowledge, proven leadership, and professionalism to every project. W. J.
